At its heart lies a split-level living area, where the kitchen and living room seamlessly flow onto surrounding outdoor patios and a vast lawn. Each room enjoys maximum exposure to the outdoors, with views of the beach and sea to the east, and sunlight streaming through relaxed corridors to the west.}

^{A separate guest house adds two additional bedrooms, comfortably accommodating a total of 14 guests. Additional bedrooms are located in the helicopter hangar, which is self-contained with a chef’s kitchen, making it ideal for support staff.}

^{The property’s underground boat shed houses a wide range of water toys, including fishing gear, paddleboards, sea kayaks, and up-to-date snorkeling equipment. On request, boats and jet skis can also be arranged.}
